Residents who live in a certain area of Dublin will experience a planned water outage Wednesday.According to a release on the City of Dublin's Facebook page, residents who live on Magnolia Drive between Rutland and Ray Street won't have water from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Wednesday, August 13."This is due to a system tie in which is necessary in this area due to the construction of new water mains."
