Macon Unemployment Down, Hancock Co. Rate at 23 Percent

The unemployment rate for the Metro Macon area is on the decline for the second straight month. New numbers from the Georgia Department of Labor say the rate ticked down a tenth of a percent, from 9.1 percent to 9 percent in October. It was 10 percent in October of last year.
