Miss St. Patrick's Scholarship Pageant sets the stage for the rest of the St. Patrick's Festival as the first event as part of the month long festival.The pageant, sponsored by the Pilot Club of Dublin, starts at 7:30 p.m. at Theater Dublin on February 23.
