Laurens County deputies arrested a 22-year-old man charging him with the shooting death of Mike Whittle. Whittle, 51, was shot to death Thursday morning at about 6 a.m., about 15 feet from the front door of his trailer on Howard Road near the Laurens-Dodge County line.
