Perle Peacock of Cochran who kept the clock at Middle Georgia College and Middle Georgia State College basketball games for over 47 years was recognized before Monday's men's home game versus Gordon College. It's estimated that Peacock began keeping the clock in the 1960s. Peacock's final game was March 5 of last year, an opening round win by the men in the GCAA playoffs.
