Laurens County's Unemployment Rate Declines
Laurens County's jobless rate declined from 10.8 to 10.2 percent last month.Macon's unemployment rate fell to 8.5 percent in March. That was down from 9 percent in February. The rate was 9.6 in March 2012. Warner Robins also saw a decline from 6.9 percent in March from 7.2 in February. The state's unemployment rate is currently at 8.4 percent.
