The Houston County Board of Education approved the hiring of a new head coach for the Bears Tuesday afternoon. Von Lassiter will become the fourth Head Coach and Athletic Director of Houston County High School. The Bears went 3-7 last season under Greg Robinson. Robinson resigned at the end of the season.
